Acting and singing is a way of life for a Warwick schoolgirl currently appearing at the Hippodrome in Birmingham.
Chloe Jones is one of seven actresses playing the role of Jane Banks in Disney's Mary Poppins which runs until September.
The ten-year-old, who attends All Saints junior School in Warwick, attends lessons at Playbox Theatre in Shelley Avenue and Stagecoach drama group.
Chloe had to audition in London for the stage adaptation of Pamela Lyndon Travers' story, which tells of a troubled family brought together by a magical nanny. She said: "I am really enjoying it and finding it really fun.
"I enjoy singing and dancing and like all of the songs although my favourites are Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as you get to do lots of dancing and also Step In Time."
This is not the first time Chloe, who lives off Myton Crescent with her family, has taken part in a professional production - she previously appeared at the Hippodrome in 2005 as Jemima in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
She hopes to continue appearing in the shows and said: "I like being with all the cast on stage. I only get nervous on the first night and when I have family coming to watch.
"I would love to continue acting and my dream role would be Annie."
Her passion for dancing and acting first came to light when she was six years old and since then she has appeared in a number of productions.
Her mother Alison said: "Chloe's really pleased to be part of the show and to be back at the Hippodrome. It is her favourite place and this time she has an even bigger part.
"We are all really proud of her."
Mary Poppins runs until September 27. For tickets call the box office on 0870 7301234 or visit www.birminghamhippodrome.com
