Charity walk in aid of Air Ambulance

A WHITNASH woman who has recovered from major trauma to her brain is walking 100 miles across Lanzarote to raise funds for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.

Teresa Cooper, of Palmer Road, who has already gathered £1,000 in sponsorship, will head off on her solo journey in January. The 69-year-old had to learn how to walk and talk again after suffering a brain aneurysm.
