Biblio's Cafe, an internet cafe that adjoins and supports the community-run library, has won this year's Spirit of Harbury award. The cafe and library are both run by volunteers, who formed a group to save their library after Warwickshire County Council earmarked it as one of the libraries they were planning to close last year.
