National housebuilder Bryant Homes has found a new home of its own, as the West Midlands region of the business has recently moved to new premises in Warwick.
It has relocated from Solihull to new offices on Tournament Fields Business Park, situated beside its Bryant at Warwick new homes development. About 70 new staff will move into the area.

Warwick District Council’s economic development officer Dennis Stanley said: “Warwick welcomes a company the stature of Bryant Homes, which is already well known in the area for its housing development.

“Clearly it will bring many benefits to the company and in turn it will support other local businesses in the locality.”

Roger Northam, director and general manager for Bryant Homes West Midlands, said: “The area has great transport links and thriving business and tourism industries, which will no doubt feel the benefits of the increased commerce in the town.

Bryant Homes is a leading new homes business from Taylor Wimpey. In July 2007 Taylor Woodrow plc and George Wimpey Plc merged to form Taylor Wimpey plc – the UK’s largest homebuilder, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
