Brakes have long way to go
Manager confident but warns of tough tasks ahead
Leamington fans have been warned not to expect an easy win against Willenhall Town on Saturday.
The Black Country side are in the bottom half of the BGB Southern League Division One Midlands table.
Fans are getting excited about Tuesday's trip to title favourites and FA Cup heroes Chasetown, but manager Jasoon Cadden is concentrating on Saturday first.
"We're getting towards the run-in now and if we're still top with ten games to go we'll have a chance."
"I said to finish in the top five would be an achievement and we're on course for that. Anything else would be a great bonus."
"It's a home game but it's a tough game. They are a good side and their league position is a bit false. They've brought in a few players since we last played them as well."
More new faces may follow striker Robbie Beard to the New Windmill before the end of the season.
"The transfer deadline isn't until March, so there's no rush. We are still looking at getting the squad up to 22 for the run-in," said Cadden.
